Wait, is this thing really free?

Yes it is, but as you can see by the plans here, the Free account doesn't have the flexibility that other plans have. We decided to allow free accounts, so you could have a chance to "kick the tires" so to speak. However, even though it is free, it is the real FieldJack and it is only limited on number of active jobs, users, and archives.

Does FieldJack allow me to customize the prices to fit my company?

Absolutely. You have complete control over the item and labor prices. When you sign up with FieldJack we'll start you off with some basic items to get you going, but you can add, edit and remove items, including their prices.

How many estimates can I make each month?

It all depends on your plan, chosen here. For the most flexibility, choose the unilmiited plan.

Can I pay for my account with a check or by using a purchase order?

No, because we are billing frequently, we currently only accept Credit Cards.

How many people in my business can use my account?

Its not a good idea to share your login information with other people, but you can always give them their own login. Depending on your plan, FieldJack allows the account owner to create additional logins so you can have other members of your business create estimates. Only the account owner can add, edit or delete users and edit the pricing and items for the whole account.

How many additional users can I have on my account?

This depends on your plan, just remember that only the account owner can access the settings for the account to administer users, items and pricing.

How do I cancel my account?
